The world we live in is a corrupted mess. It has become eroded too much to the extent of eroding what is meant to be true trust and true faith in God.
You should get a connection in order to get a certain job. Marriages these days don’t last, better stay alone. You should get a sponsor, life with young men is hard. At the end of the day, homosexuality is a person’s choice, God looks at our hearts not at what we do!!
Aha! Some of the Gospel of fallacies the world has to offer! Unfortunately, some of the Christians have fallen prey to these mere statements. Trying to conform to the world and failing to rely on the author of our lives.
Isaiah 43:19 Behold I am doing a new thing. Now it springs up, do you not perceive it.I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
It may seem like a long shot in getting a job especially today but why put our trust in men when God has offered us a way.
1st John 4:19 We love because he first loved us.
We learn to love others by allowing ourselves to love and be loved by God. How can we give out love if we can’t allow ourselves to be taught how to love like Christ did. It his because of him that we get to share our love just like he did.
Marriages these days seem to be part of some rush to avoid age catching up! Why worry over your biological clock yet you serve the Author of Time! His timing is always perfect. But are we willing to trust!?
Mathew 5:13 You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
You and I as christians are salt. It is not a probability but that is what we are as Jesus said. We are to add taste to life by showing others the way of Christ. By being the light of the world.
We fail to become salt in the earth because we don’t trust God had equipped us enough to be the salt or the light. We look at what we will feel, because definitely we will rub shoulders with others, failing to realise that all this self sufficiency attitude is insane. We fail to go do that which God has equipped us for as we doubt ourselves and doubt God! Where is our trust!
Psalms 125:1 Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever.
I don’t know how you see this, but the weight this verse has is just amazing!
A mountain is something that honestly speaking is unshakeable. Having the kind of trust in God that no matter what we remain as solid as mount Zion is totally amazing to me.
The little things in life do matter alot! Some aspects of our Christian lives are drifting away as we focus to much on doing good and forgetting all about our relationship with God.
Do you really TRUST God, trust his timing, his blessings, his annointing, his placement, his positioning???
That is real Trust! Trust God in everything and not some-things!!
